Website – if you visit the website and complete a submission form your name and email address will be collected.
Salon consultations – If you visit the salon for a treatment, a consultation will be carried out prior to this and the following information required. Full name, address and contact details (including email and phone number), medical history and medication, lifestyle choices, skin care regime and product and treatment history.
Promotional material – if you request to receive updates on treatments and products and of any available offers then you will be asked to provide an email address and contact number.
Payment – if you would like the option to pay with a debit or credit card an email or mobile number will be required
Why is this information collected and how will it be used?
Website – this information is collected to enable to respond to queries from you and make online appointments.
Salon consultations – the information collected is important to ensure you receive a professional and safe treatment. Your contact details are required so that it is possible to send you email or SMS reminders for your appointment. Your medical history and medication are needed to check you are not contra-indicated to the treatment or that they have impacted on the condition of your skin. Your lifestyle choices, skin care regime, product and treatment history will determine the treatment and products chosen for in salon and homecare use and enable the correct advice is given at the start of your skin care journey.
Promotional material – an email and contact number will be required so that it is possible to keep you updated with any offers or discounts relating to skin treatments or products that may be of interest to you, this could also include regular Newsletters and seasonal offers.
Payments – the information collected is for card payments only. The card system that is used in the salon allows receipt of payment to go directly to your mobile phone or email account.
Request for personal data
You have the right to request a copy of your personal data, the right to correct the information or request that all identifying information about you is removed.
Your data will be stored for no longer than is necessary for the purposes for which it is being processed.
